1. Talent releases
Everyone who appears identifiably in commercial work signs a talent release. Clients providing their own talent are responsible for collecting releases.
2. Minors
A parent or guardian signs releases for anyone under 18 and must be present during the shoot.
3. Location releases
Private locations require written permission from the owner. Public locations may need city permits, which are quoted separately.
4. Event guests
Event hosts are responsible for informing guests that photography and filming will take place.
5. Removal requests
Anyone appearing in our portfolio may ask us to remove content featuring them.
